Nintex Promapp - Linking of Group Folders

When a user allocates a role to a group folder, the groups within that role automatically link (like a process).  But in most cases, at the higher group level, there is limited need to link these groups as they are standalone (note that there is a need in some instances to link them).  The only way to unlink them is to move an unallocated group in between them at set up. Although this works, it requires that you have enough unallocated groups.  Is there something I am missing or is there a way to do this?

Hi Samantha,

In this instance the behaviour is unintended. The group overview is not designed to display multiple flows, only a single flow generated by allocating roles to groups/processes to display an overarching flow for related processes and groups. The functionality of placing an unassigned item between assigned items which breaks the flow is a defect which I'll raise with the team. The intention is that anything unassigned will remain beneath the assigned items.

Thanks
