Hi all, Can anyone elaborate on the use cases of document only groups?

I've recently made a group to host images that may be used in many other groups, is this where 'document only' groups become useful?

Is it to avoid having documents within groups to reduce the pain if the group needs to be deleted/modified at a later date?

Thanks,

Eddie

ps. This is my first post, so Hi everyone!

This is a good application of Document only groups, other applications I have seen are where they may want to pop some policy documents or other items and don't want Processes to be added there.

You can always easily switch between Process & Document and Document Only groups without any further considerations needed.
