Hi,
I am very curious to know what will be the root cause if user A is not able see the costs in the timeframes? But Promaster is able to view and provide the information to A regularly. Is that because the timeframe view mode is Off or because of limited access of user A or other something else need to be considered?

Hey Sayur - check your Process Timeframes configuration settings. You may have the "Timeframes view mode" set to "Visible to Process Editors Only". If so, your user may not have the right privileges in that process to see the costing information.
