Issue

When trying the view flow of a workflow, we get the following error: Server 500 – Internal server error.

Symptoms

When trying the view flow of a workflow, we get the following error: Server 500 – Internal server error.

Troubleshooting Steps

The issue can be caused when the ASP.NET Impersonation for Viewflow site is enabled in IIS under Authentication.  Disable this setting in order for the Viewflow site to work correctly.
