Issue
Error encountered when accessing K2 Workspace and K2 Designer:
"Login failed. The login is from an untrusted domain and cannot be used with Windows authentication."
Symptoms
Looking at the Application Event logs on the SQL server, the error below is logged numerous times and it seems to be related to a connectivity issue from the K2 server to the SQL server.
"SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x80090311, state 14 while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. Reason: AcceptSecurityContext failed."
