--How-to Steps
- Plug:
- an email event in which From Address can be customized and containing links to answer to Exchange Server with + K2 service account mail address as mailto address + Worklist Item Serial Number parameter (SN=..) then
- a client event to process SmartActions
- Use this kind of hyperlink: 'mailto:k2_svc_account@mail.net?subject=Task&body=Decision%20made%20is:%20Accept%20.%0A%0ASN%3D' & ProcessId & '_' & ActivityInstanceDestId
- Note that ActivityInstanceDestId must be used, not ActivityInstanceId
