Issue

When you click Details for an App in K2 Apps Workspace, the following error appears:
 

No mapping exists from object type System.Threading.Tasks.Task to a known managed provider native type.

Symptoms

 

The issue occurs for all Apps listed, regardless of whether it was created using the wizards or installed from the App catalog. 

Troubleshooting Steps

 

To resolve the issue, please re-deploy the following packages: 

1. App Framework Core.kspx

2. App Installer.kspx

3. App Framework Extension Notification.kspx

4. App Wizard.kspx

The packages can be found in [InstallDrive]:Program Files (x86)K2Setup.
