Issue
When you have a Sharepoint library or list that has a form and workflow behind it, you choose to display one of the links. However, the page does not display correctly at all and you are presented with an error.Symptoms
The error being seen here is the following:
"Guid should contrain 32 digits with 4 dashes (xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxxx-xxxxxx......)"
