Issue
When trying to deploy a package to the target SharePoint site, you may encounter a "Confirm this Site" message which is preventing the package from being deployed.
Symptoms
The issue is most likely caused by the account running the P&D tool, not having permission on the Site Collection that the package is being deployed to.
Troubleshooting Steps
Navigate to the target site collection and make sure that the account running the P&D tool has appropriate permissions on that site. This will resolve the issue. As a test, you can try granting Site Collection admin permission to the account to see if that resolves the issue.
