Why does my AssureSign template become a “partial template” when I enable Knowledge Based Authentication (KBA)?

This is due to a known issue with the regular expression validation that is added to the Sender Inputs that are automatically created when KBA is enabled for a template. Please ensure that all Sender Input fields have a valid expression for validation. This will be fixed in an upcoming release.
A ‘partial’ template is a template that has either been configured without a document or JotBlock, or a template that has been forced into a state via external configuration where it cannot be sent for signing.
