I have a process that sends an approval workitem to multiple user groups - when any user declines the action, the process end with a notification.  I need this notification to contain the name of the user who declined it, but when I use the data in the Activity destination instance User, I only get the groupname (not the specific user within that group that declined).

How can I get the specific declined user?

Hi Atarvin,

How do you have your destination rule configured, Plan per destination: All At Once > Resolve all roles and groups to users, Create a slot for each destination?

Let me know.

Hmm, good point.  I don't have it resolving to users.  I was afraid if I did that - if a user was added to the group after the worklist item was created, they would not see it.

That's exactly what dynamic K2 roles are for.
