Read Email content from Document library

Hi All,

I am forwaring the email to Document library in SP 2013.

I would like to read the content of the email spc Serial number and then i need to take certain action.

Can you please let me know how we can achive this

SharePoint - SP2013

K2 version : 4.6.10

Hi Amet

Unless the email body is saved to a column when the email is received, you wont be able to access it (out of the box).

Hi,

Email boady save as socument in One of the column.

When any item in added in docuement library i would like to trigeer workflow which read the content of the Email and save in the Database.

If you are using SP 2013 for Document Library, use SharePoint 2013 to kick off the K2 Workflow

Thanks for your reply.I had tried this but it not able to read the content inside document that was uploded .

I had added Data field and Assign Name filed in which whole document get uploded but it returns me name of the document not content

Please let me know any other approach
