Why can't users open Workspace Worklist?

Hi,

 

Sent the link servername:/workspace/navigation/navigation.aspx to a user to actiom an item (this user is the approver), but workspace is not opening, any ideas why?

 

What permissions do Approvers need to open Workspace to see what worklist items are awaiting their action?

 

I thought that if the Approver was in a Client Action, workspace should open and display the item...?

 

Edit: The user is working from home, so it could explain why its not opening...

 

Can Workspace be accessed externally? Usually forms have the runtime/runtime/form/formname and they work fine externally, but workspace isn't accesible.

 

Any ideas?
