Dear Experts,

I have done K2 Blackpearl 4.6.8 migration for my client previous time. My client wanted to migrate the K2 server and SQL server to a new environment. The migration has completed successfully. So what steps I have done as below:

  1. Clone K2 server and SQL Server from the current ones.
  2. Change the cloned K2 host name, K2 Account service, the cloned SQL host name and SQL account
  3. Join the cloned K2 server and cloned SQL server to a new domain.
  4. Re-configure the K2 Blackperal 4.6.8

This time my client wants to upgrade the current K2 Blackpearl 4.6.8 to the K2 Blackpearl 4.7 to be able to have the extended support and also move these servers to a new environment.

What I am planning to do is that:

  1. Clone the current K2 Blackpearl 4.6.8 server and SQL Server
  2. Change the cloned K2 host name and cloned SQL host name
  3. Join the cloned K2 server and cloned SQL server to the existing domain
  4. Re-configure the K2 Blackperal 4.6.8
  5. Upgrade the K2 Blackperal 4.6.8 to K2 Blackperal 4.6.11
  6. Migrate the current SQL server 2008 R2 Enterprise to SQL Server 2012 Standard
  7. Upgrade the K2 Blackperal 4.6.11 to K2 Blackperal 4.7
  8. Upgrade the SQL Server 2012 Standard to SQL Server 2014 Standard

Please help to provide the official link to download the K2 Blackpearl 4.6.11 upgrade package and K2 Blackpearl 4.6.7 upgrade package.

Please help to advise on the upgrade.

Much appreciate your help!

Thanks,

Giang
