The server install ran fine, however when trying to run the setup on my workstation (as well as others), the installer immediately crashes as above. Machines are configured as follows:
Windows XP SP2
Visual Studio 2005
.NET Framework 3.0
VS Extensions for .NET 3.0 installed (saw this as a reason for the error in the TS section of the install guide)
I get this error on every single developer's machine I've tried it on.. The following is also recorded in the event log:

Description:

Any ideas?
