Out of office setting is not getting clear after due date

we observed out of office setting flag is not getting change after mentioned date

example 

1may -2 may is out offfice is set 

but on 3 may this setting should be clear and user flag should be in office automatically 

but seems this is not happeninng in k2 blackpearl if we  check user status it still giving out of office with dates 

 

 


Please let;s know if any k2 system workflow change status  of user as in office after mentioned date

Did you get any error if you try to change the Out of Office status for that user?


 


 

if out of office date passed then it should automatically change status in in office which is not happening

users will not always do this right

How did you set out of office by specific day? The standard of Out Of Office (OOF) option, you can only set ‘In’ or ‘Out’ but you couldn’t specific the days. So in the K2 system doesn’t have automatic clear after due date. Because there is no option specific date for OOF features.
