Out-of-Office Not able to open Worklist-Item

Hello Community,

 

I struggle a little bit with the Out-Of-Office function in K2. 

User A has set the OOF and User B sees the Worklist-Item. But when he tries to open the Worklist-Item via the Form to approve he get the error message

"Worklist item could not be opened. User B is not allowed to open the worklist item with SN=XXXX".

Is this Bug not fixed yet?

I thought when OOF is set User B is able to open all Worklist-Items and approve them. Is this not correct?

We are using the latest 4.7 Version with the latest Fix-Pack.

Im also having the same problem with my environment but im on 4.6.11

I would suggest getting K2 Support ticket open for these to get the investigation started. I'm aware of some issues in that part of the product but it has been addressed in recent fixpacks.
