K2 for sharepoint remote server issue: 401 Unauthorized

Hi,

 

We have different servers for K2 and Sharepoint. In K2 server, K2 4.6.11 is upgraded to K2 4.7. Now,  we doesn't need K2 for sharepoint anymore. When we try to unistall K2 for sharepoint facing the below error

Have you tried re-running the appdeployment.exe on your Sharepoint Server?

To resolve this error: Go to 


1. iis>Application Pools> check "SharePoint Web Service Root" and "Sharepoint web Service System" are nunning, if not run it. restart the services and and restart Application pool server. 


The error that you are facing is similar to the one on the screenshot below:
