K2 Process instances in "Running" Status but not showing up in instance list or DB Table

We've noticed on our Prod environment that there are few process instances that are showing as running on K2 workspace process overview, but the problem they are not showing in the instances specific to processes and also did a search on particular ones in the data base table Server.ProcInst with no luck in finding any based on filtering by Folio name or Originator name. I've followed the instructions on this link http://community.k2.com/t5/K2-blackpearl/Process-instances-running-but-not-showing-up-in-instance-list/ta-p/87935 with no luck.

We've restarted the K2 Blackpearl service and also did restart the K2 Server as it was necessary to resolve an earlier issue with Email queuing in K2.

Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

HI,

The first thing you would like to know is who is assigned to that task/activity in the destination rule. If its a role and users are assigned to that role, then please log-in as that user and you will be able to see those process instances. Hope it works.
