Hello All,

We want to send a meeting request while workflow reaches to a certain stage. To fulfil this requirement, we are using 'Exchange Event' . But we are getting an error message when the Workflow reaches that activity.

Below are the error details:

SmartObject [ExchangeCalendar] could not be found.

We have seen this error message under 'Error Profiles' (K2 Workspace-Management-Console-ErrorProfiles-All).

Please suggest us the corrections which we need to make to trigger the meeting request correctly.

Regards,

SRK

Hi,

Are you using exchange server 2003?

If yes, Exchange server 2003 is not supported

Hello Mustafa

Our client is using Exchange Server 2010. However, how can we know if K2 server has been configured to connect to the Exchange Server?

Hi,

go to Program Files (x86)]K2 blackpearlHost ServerBinConnectionStringEditor.exe

if there is no conncetion string for the exchange server then it's not configured

To configure Exchange server:

Run Setup Manager and follow the steps in this link

http://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2blackpearl/icg/4.6.5/webframe.html#exchange_server_configuration.html

Change the k2 blackpearl version from the left corner

mmm I think you have it configured already :/

Try to press on the green icon to add Exchange Web Service Destination, cofigure it as Exchange Web Service Connection

Read through this KB:

http://help.k2.com/kb001189

if it didn't help, just run setup manager and configure your server again, while you are configuring exchange server,  autodiscover must be enabled. This allows K2 to autodiscover ews url.

Do you have an Exchange category in the Smartobject Service Tester tool with Exchange Smartobjects; if not, it may be that "Standard" and/or "Administrative" Exchange Integration was not enabled; or it had an issue during the intitial installation.

Perhaps try rerunning the Setup Manager > Configure and checking if those two options have been enabled.
