I have a SO with datatype memo. I was able to attach the file and save it. But unable to download the attached file in IE and Chrome.
Please guide me.

Have you tried using 'file' as your data type instead of memo?

Thank you for responding to my issue.
If I change the datatype to File in the SO it works for the new records. But how do I retrieve or view the previously attached files.

Hi Suni,
As those existing files were not correctly saved as Base 64 encoded string format in the K2 DB, but rather '<collection%', you will not be able to open them. My suggestion is to re-upload the files through the attachment control.
