Is there a way to execute a smart object method or even run custom code, when a task redirect action performed through management site?

It won't be possible with the out-of-the box Management site.
You will probably need to build a form that utilizes the worklist control to accomplish this.
For example, when worklist is redirected, execute some actions or do something (i.e. show a message or execute a SmartObject method).

Thanks for your replay, but actually your solutions only allow me to redirect a task, while I'm looking for implementing an action when a task is redirected. this action may be sending an email to specific user for example ... something like this
