How to revert to an older version of a form or view?

Hello all,

I can't seem to figure out how to revert to an older version of a form or view. I can see there's a version history being kept. Can anyone help me with this?

Currently appit does not support this functionality.

Thanks. Not sure where I got the idea form versioning was part of Appit--but would be a nice addition.

Rollback of a form or view is an advanced task and is possible in blackpearl product with some SQL skills

However in Appit, as long as you dont check-in the form, you can always cancel the check-out and the form will be reverted to the last checked-in version. The checked out version is only viewable by the design user and he/she can save the form without check-in to see the changes. While the designer is busy making changes to the form, all other users will only see the last checked-in version.

Yes...after some digging around and a discussion with my rep at K2, that's my new understanding. In Appit you have the version of the form you're working with if it's checked out and the version that's currently checked in.

Not sure how to "close" this discussion, but my problem has been solved.
