(Caution, newbie!)

We have a Production and a Test environment.

On our Test environment our workflows record the process originator as the person filling out our forms.

On our production environment, the process originator is being recorded as the System account.

Where is that configuration set?  I need to make sure that our production instance records the name of the person actually causing the process to start.

Thanks,

-tomas

1.  How is this workflow started?

a.  SmartForms 'start a workflow' rule?

b.  Sharepoint list/library item added, item updated, etc.?

c.  Manually from a Sharepoint list/library item?

d. Via IPC/subworkflow call?

e.  Via process scheduler?

2.  If possible, more verbose Hostserver logging can be enabled in both environment and the issue reproduced to compare the log files:

The workflow in question is stared from a form using the StartWorkflow rule.

The workflow is the same on both environments. The forms are the same on both environments.

The symptoms are the same on all the workflows.  So I suspect that there is a difference in the server setup.  But any ideas are welcome.

Thanks,
