HTML Table Service Broker

This is a service broker which generates a HTML table based on another SmartObject List method call. The main purpose of this Service Broker is to cater for scenarios where the results of the SmartObject List method call needs to be displayed in a table format, but the option to use a List View is unavailable, such as within an email event within a workflow.
This was tested on K2 Five 5.3, and the solution was built .NET Framework 4.6.1.
Note that this service broker was created as a proof of concept and is provided as-is.  It has been tested to verify functionality but has not gone through a full QA cycle or tested under load.
