BarcodeReader is a barcode reader for Code128, Code93, Code39, Standard/Industrial 2 of 5, Interleaved 2 of 5, Codabar and EAN-13 barcodes in javascript. 

 

It supports:

- Supports multiple barcodes in one image and detects what type of barcodes there are.

- Saving the image & barcode value into a SmartObject.

Hi Riva,

 

Great project just what we are looking for.  I have installed this into our test system and uploaded a barcode picture and get a decode failed message i have tried a few different barcodes and get the same message.

 

Also im not sure how to find the save image method would you be able to advise?

Hi Nathan,

Hope my response is not too late.

  1. What types of barcodes are you scanning? Have you tried taking pictures of random items from the pantry? Can you also check if you are encountering any javascript issues?
  2. The method "SaveImage" can be called from the Rule Action "Execute a control's method"
