User's worklist is empty

Hello All,

I have one user whose worklist is empty.


She has tasks assigned and if I "impersonate" her through the Out of Office functionality, I can see all the items assigned to her, which matches what I see in the management screen.

Her credentials are getting passed to the application (we display the name of the logged user on the screen) so the system seems to "know" who she is. When she receives email notifications, she can open / view / action the items normally by clicking the work item link in the email.

How can I troubleshoot this issue (to determine why she is seeing an empty worklist)? I'm a bit at a loss on this one.

Maybe a long shot but make sure there are no filters applied to that worklist, especially if its using the worklist control and not the K2 Workspace in K2 5.

That was it!!!

I have no idea why her worklist was filtered (or by whom). The list was including items with only specific workflow names.  Since we added a new workflow, it was not showing in her list. Once that was updated, everything seems to be working normally.

 

I'm wondering how many others have updated their filters.

I'm also wondering how to move people back to the default filter.
