I am getting the Message Critical error during elapsed event of K2 PENS Service Timer. Error Message: User K2:HUMADBpmOps01 even though the HUMADBpmOps01 has Administrator rights. This is temporary in nature as it gets resolved on its own but is causing issue in Production environment . Is this something K2 team can looks in or is related to some other issue.
First of all, K2 does not support any tools from the market as these solutions are provided by community members and not by k2 itself.
Have you tried to give admin access to the service account at process level?
