Unable to launch apps that are already exist

Hi guys, we are unable to luch apps from out catalog, look that “Launch” bottom is dissable.

you may try the following below on your web browser and check if issue persists

a. - open your web browser
- Clear the browser cache
- access the view flow and check if issue still persists

- if it persists please proceed to b

b. - In your web browser kindly access the URL
https://<your K2 site url>/Runtime/CacheControl.ashx?m=Clear
https://<your K2 site url>/Workspace/CacheControl.ashx?m=Clear
- Once prompted completed or successfull or refreshed
- Open a new web browser
- and check if issue still exists
