Tasks don't get created

Hi everyone,

 

All seemed to be working for a long time , untill it this issue started to affect my workflow. 
For a strange reason (no error, received) tasks for approvers/users dont get created. Just logs in history that WF started, but produces no tasks. Any clues?

Any ideas? Anyoned faced it already?

Hello,

What does the viewflow show for one of the instances that you see started based on WF history? Is there perhaps a set of conditions or path that the workflow went down that did not include any user tasks? Is there any conditional start set for the workflow that would result in it completing?

Is this limited to task notifications not sending via a SmartAction email or are the tasks also not showing in K2 Workspace for the user(s)?

Hi , both SmartAction email dont get send out and in K2 Workspace i dont see any tasks at all.

Quick update, funny though, after adding resources to VM that hosts K2 ,restarted server/services. All seem to behave naturally. No clue/idea why though.
