Special characters in User SmartObject field

Hi,

I have a K2 server that is connected to SharePoint Online. I am using the User SmartObject to create users in AAD.
I am able to create new users but I have problems when the Display Name includes special characters such as åäö for example.

The error message is: The request body contains unexpected characters/content for the specified content type and encoding.

Any idea where I can configure so that special characters are allowed

I believe this is a limitation enfored by Microsoft where using certain characters in display name isn't permitted.
