users get an error when opening a view with a sharepoint smartobject. they have full control on the library and on the view itself. they can directly access the library through sharepoint.

Have you tried to Restart the IIS and K2 Service ? I have seen
some users does this and had a positive result. Worth a shot

It appears K2 ignores the “everyone” entity and instead you have to use a domain group. I utilized “Domain Users” group
