Setting up new servers with Existing K2 DB

Hi All,

 

I am setting up new server to upgrade K25.4.

  1. I have installed 5.2 on new servers with all FP/CU
  2. i took the existing back of K2 db
  3. restore the db
  4. ran the configuration.
  5. During configuration the setup manager is stuck at below stage

Can someone please help how to resolve this

You may checkout more of  the details in a installertrace log file.

This will have the information of the issue during installation/configuration
