Printing information on Content control fails.

Good morning,

 

Please I have a problem. Having built a process. initially it used to generate and print information to content controls and convert to PDF , all of a sudden it stopped. Going thru the logs, it shows database error. Pls any one knows what can really cause this worry?

Hi Gozni,

you can verify by execute the PDF Converter SmartObject from the SmartObject Service Tester with 'Create PDF from URL'? to check that work normally Please see the Properties section under this documentation for info on what values to pass:
