Out of Office Exception

Scenario:

Person A set OOF and delegates all of the tasks to Person B.

However, for Workflow 1, the task shouldn’t be delegated to Person B and just maintained at Person A task list.

 

Plan:

In the workflow, system will check Person A’s OOF status. If status = “OOF”, then task won’t be delegated to Person B.

Is this possible?

If you do not want a task to be given to another user, in the Out Of Office settings in K2 Management, delete the "Forward To"  settings that are present
