We are in plan of migrating K2 4.7 workflow to K2 five to be in support model.
what are the possibilities of migrating old workflow to k2 five version?
Do I have to recreate all from scratch? or is there any migration tool available in K2?

Your K2 4.7 workflow processes will still work on K2 Five, as long as you upgrade from 4.7 to K2 Five - if you set up a new server that ONLY has K2 Five, then you won't be able to deploy your 4.7 workflows to it.

Please make sure that you read through these two following KB articles to familiarize yourself with any known issues or changes to the product that could afftect your current processes afte the upgrade.
If you are also using programs such as silver light web browser, K2 for visual studio and K2 studio please take note that you will need to upgrade your servers from 4.7 to K2 5.1 so that you may have access to legacy designers.
To enable you to edit and maintain your 4.7 workflows after you upgrade to K2 five.

Currently, all K2 4.7 workflows are running as expected.
We need to migrate from 4.7 to K2 5 version, is there any way to do it other than doing it from scratch?
As per the support model, after 2019 there won't be any support to K2 4.7 workflows.
To keep the application under support, we are trying to do this.

As has already been mentioned you can continue to maintain your 4.7 workflows in K2 5 using the legacy design tools (K2 Studio, K2 for Visual Studio, Silverlight designer). If however you are interested in migrating those workflows into the new workflow designer that is part of K2 5 then you will need to rebuild those workflows. There is a tool built by a K2 partner that can automate a lot of this rebuild migration process for you. Sometime when you upgrade from k2 4.7 to k2 5.2 it might come with errors asking you to upgrade from k2 4.7 to k2 5.0 first then you can upgrade to k2 5.2.
