K2 for SharePoint redirects to developer.amazon.com

Hello All,

 

I am having a bit of an issue with K2 Five for SharePoint. I was able to successfully install K2. ut when I click on "Application" option in the ribbon of a simple sharepoint list, it surprisingly redirects me to developer.amazon.com. Does any one have the same issue ? or is it just me ? if so, why amazon, very weird? Any help, greatly appreciated.

 

version: k2 Five for SharePoint  (k2 build version 5.0004.1000.1)

SharePoint version: Sp2016 Feature pack 2

I am suspecting you mistakenly entered this amazon URL when registering K2 for sharepoint.There is normally a K2 URL required in K2 for SP registration wizard and it should be your Runtime URL.



If previously you entered wrong URL at this step of K2 for SP registration wizard it will be stored in hidden list and presented to you all the time you running registration wizard, and to correct this you can edit "SmartForms_Runtime_URL" setting stored in the hidden list.

Navigate to k2 Management>Users>SP> on the righten side check if there is url for amazon if the url is there delete  the entire row and register the k2 for sharepoint App again
