K2 app for sharepoint registration stuck at Working on it".

After deploying the app i am trying to run the registration process and its stuck at "Working on it screen"

 

Environment -  Sharepoint - 2016

                            K2 version - 5.0002.1000.2

                            K2  app version - 5.1.1000.100

Thanks for your reply, This is a standalone server. So sharepoint and K2 are on the same server.

I'm assumed this is happening at the Registration Wizards step, are there any errors on the IE or Chrome developer tool's console section where it's stuck? If you try to add a host file entry with the app url pointing to the IP, then would it work?

Hi,

Are you using the same user which was used to run AppDeployment? Please make sure that you have the required permissions to run the Registration Wizard as per documentation.

This issus is resolved, I tried to uninstall and re deploy the app. Its working fine now.
