K2 Workspace App IOS (Offline Mode)

Hi All, 

I have K2 Workspace App in an ipad and I am trying to submit a form on offline mode. While I expect to to see “Send to Outbox” I see a network error instead

I have the form iin Application form and offline Availability.

Has anybody had this error? Any ideas on how to resolve it?

Did you resolve this issue?  We are getting the same error on all our environments.

Hi @BMorales,

I recommend opening a support ticket, however here are some possible fixes:

  • Make sure you have the latest Fixpack/CU installed.
  • Perform an IIS reset and a K2 service restart.

Hi @BMorales 

I had this error in k2 Workspace app because in my rules “when the form is submitting” I had the word “then” and this word (then, and, also or asynchronous) affects how the action is called. In my case, I changed to Also which means in a batch and my problem was solved working without network.

However, if you have this issue in all your environments, I agree with the possible solution given by Prinnel.

Thanks for the replies, I opened a ticket with K2/Nintex.  The forms were ok until it stopped working for some users a few months ago.
