Good day ProInception

I found documentation for the steps. I apologize for the documentation not being K2 documentation but please note that this is not an issue directly related to K2.

Find the steps listed in this documentation below:

Hello ProInception ,

Here are the steps :

1. K2 needs to be completely reinstalled on new machine and mere snapshot will not work.and image will be problematic
2. You need a new System Key and new Licence key to do this migration. You can request the new key from the protal using the License Key Request under the Support menu
3. You can point to the existing databases to keep your current configurations and running processes in tact.

Additionally keep in mind:

1) That things will be easier if your new virtual server maintains the same DNS names that the previous K2 Server had
2) Things will also be easier if you utilize the same service account that you used previously.
3) If you have been utilizing kerberos, double check that your configuration will not change based on the above settings
3) If you host aspx, Moss, reports or forms services on this machine, keep in mind the above recommendation and take into consideration any urls in worklists, infopath forms or Moss integration
