Hi,
We are using K2 Five 5.3. There was an server update after which we are not able to start K2 Service.
Starting K2 services through windows Services app gives error message as in the attachment.
We tried starting the K2 service through command prompt using <NET START "K2 Server"> which gave below message
"The K2 Server service is starting.
The K2 Server service could not be started.
The service did not report an error.
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534."
The command <NET HELPMSG 3534> gives similar message, "The service did not report an error".
K2 Configuration Service is up and running.
Any help is appreciated.
