K2 Five Priority on a Sub Workflow call

Hi,

 

We are developing new workflows with K2 Five including calls to sub workflows.

 

We found that is not posible to set the priority of the sub workflow from the Workflow Designer. The Call Sub Workflow events only displays the folio field and the custom data fields configured in the destination workflow.

Is this a platform error? Is there a way to set the priority to a subworkflow?

Hello,


 


In the setting windows there isn't a direct way to set it as priority, how it is set as a priority comes a long in how the you configure your workflow. The following guide will help show you how that is possible. The following guide is very detailed in explaining all that is involved when it comes to calling a SubWorkflow.

Thanks for your answer, what I can't understand is why we cannot set the priority manually when calling a subworkflow but we can set the priority when calling a workflow from a SmartForm. 

 

I will post this as an idea to be a direct setting.
