Is there a way to print a workflow?

Is there a way to easily print a workflow view for business users? I'd rather not have to recreate a visio diagram for them to see their process, if possible.

Thanks.

Hi,

Perhaps, you can print out a page from IE/Chrome if the viewflow is accessible at the time.

Hello @lkinard ,

The easiest way for you to print the workflow view is by pressing the keys ctlr+p at simultaneously at once. This would show the section to be printed. You also need to change page setting to landscape to capture the most part of your screen.

Alternatively, you need to use snipping tool. Press windows start icon and type "snipping tool". The snipping tool icon will appear. With this application you can crop out the most part of your screen and save as an image type like jpg, png, depending on your preference.

I hope this enables you to solve your problem.

Hi lKinard

In the process designer in Visual Studio you can CTRL+Drag to select an area and it will be copied as an image to the clipboard.  This is handy if you want to have an image of the diagram to include in other documentation.
