How to set a system name for a task in new K2 5.x workflow designer?

Hi,

I created a new workflow in 5.2 browser based workflow designer. I used a task event in my workflow and I named the task event accordingly. But the system name of the tasks remain as 'Task, task1, task2' and so on. I want to change the system name of these tasks which is similar to the Display name.

How do i achieve that?

This link speaks about setting a folio. I am trying to set a system name for my task (Activity Name to be precise).

When i named Task Activity as "SomeApprovalName", i was expecting the same as my system name for activity. But instead , the system name was 'Task1' and the display name was "SomeApprovalName".

I am looking to make both the same one.

Activity names are unique within a workflow and have two types of names, one for display and one for the system. When changing an activity name, dependency issues might occur due to broken dependencies such as to underlying rules. When designing the form, dependency issue indicators identify these issues. There is a difference between the Display Name and the Name fields of the activity on the user task page, and you must understand the impact of changing these names.

Hi,

We set activity name, from the following screenshot you can see Task/Activity named HR and Folio named approved. You can pass variables to the folio but you cannot pass them to Activity name.
