How to send notification when workflow request errors out

Hi,

 

How to send notification when workflow request errors out. I want to send notification to the requestor if the workflow errors out. I am using K2 studio.

What you can do is create workflow in K2 to loop through a specific ErrorProfile and sends notification containing the error details. Please refer to the steps listed in the following KB: https://help.k2.com/support-services/kbt152547

I want to send notification to the workflow request inititor i.e. the user who has sent the request.

 

I can go through the error profiles and check errors manually. But i want to send a mail to the user when his workflow request fails.
