I'm trying to use smart object Activity Instance to capture the user name/id approved a task but the value returned blank. Could you help to identify which smart object I suppose to use? Thanks!

Have you tried using Activity Instance Destination smartobject, The Activity Instance Destination smartobject can pull that data for you.
