How to access K2 Files

I am working on the K2 5.2 Expense Claim Application Tutorial. I work in an environment without an internet connection. I need to recreate the database described in

The documentation says I can download the script to create the database from 

https://help.k2.com/files/8553. however this link does not work. I was wondering if there is another way to access a file repository to obtain this script.
