I am trying to create a Reference in a workflow and filter the list with multiple ID's seperated by a semi-colon for use in a Loop Step. The data is coming from a Multi-Select control on a form. Please let me know if it is possible.

This is not possible to do as you cannot pass a delimited list of items into a SmartObject as an input property or as a filter. Depending on what you are trying to accomplish, you should be able to utilize the loop step within a workflow to create a reference using each of the items in the delimited list. Note that the data for each item reference is only availiable within the loop step so you may need to save values into data fields for use later if you are utilize data from each of the references.
