Email Attachment Missing - K2 Workspace

We implemented a Solution and have an Email sent on a Button Click. When this is done on Browser, all is received well, however, when we replicate on a Mobile or Tablet, the Email is received without attachments. 

 

Has anyone ever encountered such issues please?

I think your best bet is to open a support ticket. I could not find any previous logged tickets relevant to your scenario.

I'm have the same issue with the K2 Workspace app. Were you able to resolve this?
