I'm looking for a digitizing documents tool that can be fast transfer word and PDF to forms and verify the data inside the file and action workflow, also if it can store data in the database.
also if any of you have experience on DocFusion ???
DocFusion seems like it would be a good tool for you to use as it integrates with K2.

Unfortunately, I do not have any experience using DocFusion with K2.
I have done some research and came across a tool called "Kudzu Vines" that can convert a PDF document to K2 SmartForms.
